It has finally happened that Jordan Peterson got Richard Dawkins on his Podcast. What are your thoughts on this podcast episode?

Not worth listening to. And it’s much too long!
Peterson talks too much as always - he even says he does!
His “explanation” of mystical experience clarifies nothing.
At least they both declare that Lacan is a charlatan.

I made the mistake of listening to this one in the end:
That’s 1.5 hours of my life that I can never get back, and I’m not going to listen to Peterson on the subject of religion again. Let me guess was Dawkins a bit less forthright on the subject than he normally is?

He was his usual polite, yet honest about disagreements with Jordan Peterson.

I agree with you, Chauncey! Peterson, though he can be brilliant in debate, is more often a droning bore.
Especially about religion.

It’s too bad Peterson is still bogged down in trying to view things from a “spiritual” perspective.
