But Donald Trump survives. Defiant. Heroic.

Yes - so lucky he’s alive. But at least one person in the crowd was killed. The shooter was also killed, but it could have been prevented. Saw a video of a bystander who said they saw the shooter climbing onto the roof and alerted the police, but nothing was done. They could have nabbed him before he shot.
The guy asked a good question - why weren’t there Secret Service stationed on every roof in the surrounding area?

A very important question! I wonder if we will get an answer.

I saw a video that shows that there were two Secret Service snipers on a roof nearby who shot the guy - but why didn’t they see him before he shot?

Another interesting report - Biden had just said on a conference call a few days ago that they needed to “put a bullseye” on Trump.
By their own standards (remember what they said about Sarah Palin) Biden is guilty of inciting that assassination attempt, right there.

Do not be so quick to condemn the Secret Service agents on the ground. We know that Trump’s detail was denied extra resources they requested. It is possible the agents in his detail were told there was an agent assigned to that rooftop. That would explain the ignored phone call and the agent’s hesitation to fire.

A possibility, yes.

But whom would his agents have believed? Another agent? FBI?

Some official would have lied.

Did the shooter believe he’d be left up there to shoot? Why would he believe that?

Fyi: The shooter’s name according to the New York Post was Thomas Matthew Crooks.

Name confirmed by the FBI:

Yes, it’s those higher up in the ranks that are usually the problem. Those that denied Trump more protection (Biden, Mayorkas) and the head of the Secret Service - a woman, who’s focus was, apparently, hiring other women.
A DEI mess run by incompetent leftists, just like every other department of government now.

There is a lot of blame being thrown around and much of it seems to be directed at Trump’s Secret Service detail. I am no expert on protecting high value persons like Trump but it seems too damn convenient that the rooftop was left unguarded. Maybe the agents did just screw up but, if this was a setup, I think it more likely they were fed false information and that had to come from someone they would trust.

Two thing I urge everyone to remember. First, to work in reality, a conspiracy has to have as few members as possible. Secrets like this are difficult to keep for long. Second, we are dealing with an enemy whom history has repeatedly shown will kill millions to advance their agenda. Throwing a few SS agents to the wolves would be nothing to that kind of evil.

Yes, so many questions, such as -
from the video, you can see that the snipers behind Trump were looking at the shooter, but didn’t fire at him until after he fired. Was it just a matter of seconds? How long did they know he was there?

Cheatle’s Cheat:

The “Biden” appointed head of the Secret Service is a woman, Kimberly Cheatle, qualified for the job by being female and not-white. Yes, same as the retarded adulteress and cackler, Vice-President Kamala Harris.

Cheatle apparently sees her job as a responsibility to recruit women into the risky service. Once she has identified them as “women”, that is to say. Plan to make it a majority female force. Not easy.

Why are you trembling, V.I.Person?

Quote:
Videos show people in the crowd seeing Crooks on the roof of a building around 130 yards from Trump’s podium and yelling “He’s got a gun,” trying to alert police and the Secret Service. …

Reportedly, Crooks was not carrying identification and was identified through DNA. I don’t understand that. How was the FBI or Secret Service able to identify Crooks through his DNA, almost immediately? Crooks apparently didn’t have a criminal record, so why would his DNA be somehow on file with law enforcement? Obviously there is an answer, but I don’t know what it is.

What did the FBI know - or do - before the attempted assassination of President Trump?

Quote:
The FBI did nothing to prevent the shooting, perhaps because the bureau’s current priority is followers of Donald Trump, not those who might want to kill him. …

If the FBI knew about the potential Trump shooter and looked the other way it would be no surprise. Neither would hiding evidence about the shooter and his motive, as in the murders of DNC operative Seth Rich and DNC whistleblower Philip Haney.

The would-be assassin of Trump, at this writing identified as Thomas Matthew Crooks, nearly killed the former president. The Secret Service is investigating how the gunman was able to get so close.

Have just read this. Thing is, did it happen?

Quote:
In multiple first-hand reports from the rally, witnesses claimed they warned authorities and security personnel about the shooter and pointed out his location as he readied to shoot the president.

A lone local police officer [climbed to] the roof to confront Crooks.

Crooks then pointed his rifle at the officer, who responded by retreating down the ladder he had climbed up.

Shortly thereafter, Crooks “quickly took a shot toward Trump” before Secret Service snipers returned fire, ending his life.

With the state the country is in right now, none of the suspicions and accusations about the FBI, DHS, etc, are hard to believe. We know every agency of the government has been weaponized against the people, and especially Trump.
The media, the Democrats and other deranged leftists are constantly demonizing Trump and saying things about him that they would label “incitement to violence” if a Trump voter said it about a Democrat.
So the attempt to assassinate him was no surprise; it’s what normally happens in Banana Republics.
We may never know exactly how the boy became a domestic terrorist, but the traitors controlling our government are ultimately to blame for his actions, either directly, through recruitment, or indirectly, through propaganda, brainwashing, and incitement to violence by their demonization of Trump and his “far right extremist” followers.

Here’s another question - what idiot made up the rule that Secret Service snipers can’t fire until the shooter fires? That makes them mostly useless!
All it takes is one shot, and whoever they are protecting is already dead before they get to shoot.
Do police have to wait till a perp fires on them before they shoot him? No, if he pulls out something even remotely resembling a gun, they shoot him before he gets a chance to shoot them.
The rule should be the same for snipers protecting Presidents - shoot first, ask questions later.

Donald Trump was a great man even before a would-be assassin’s bullet hit his ear as he began to speak on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, attended by tens of thousands of his passionately enthusiastic supporters. If the bullet had hit his head a centimeter further forward, or further back, or further up, it would have killed him. He ducked down, and when he rose again it was to the towering height of a political martyr. He raised his fist high, shouting his defiance, “Fight!” – and won a permanent place among the greatest men in history.

Despicable “Democrats” – and Leftists of every stripe – will try to bring him down. Corrupted institutions of the federal state will “investigate” the attempted assassination and find the victim guilty and themselves blameless.

But try as they will they cannot reduce his stature by so much as a centimeter.
