Seems some story has been agreed on, But contradictions are in it. He ā€œbroke inā€ and yet ā€œPaul Pelosi opened the door for himā€.

I think his lawyers will plead insanity and heā€™ll be sent to some comfortable shelter.

Robert Tripp was just moved from the bureauā€™s inspection division (the FBIā€™s version of internal affairs) in Washington to take over the San Francisco operation.
The San Francisco field office, like the bureauā€™s Washington, D.C. headquarters and many other offices across the country, is mired in scandal.
Late Monday afternoon, Tripp and Justice Department officials announced federal charges against the alleged attacker, David DePape, including the attempted kidnapping of Speaker Pelosiā€”a confusing charge, considering Pelosi wasnā€™t home and DePape clearly had no physical or mental capacity to do so. It appears more than anything to be political narrative-building by Bidenā€™s Justice Department to bolster the idea that Trump and Republicans inspired another ā€œkidnappingā€ attempt. The complaint, signed by a special agent assigned to domestic terror investigations in the San Francisco FBI office, also offers a conflicting account as to what happened when officers arrived and an incomplete timeline of events.

Yes, it all seems very fishy. This info about the FBI definitely raises more red flags. I donā€™t put anything past them.

Normal people are going to hear the story of two brief-clad dudes late at night and think ā€œYeah, no.ā€
The left is crying because we refuse to hang our collective conservative head in shame for what the evidence appears to show was the unhappy consequence of Paul Pelosiā€™s personal lifestyle choices.
The fact is that the Official Approved Narrativeā„¢ is laughable, and that the opinion of most people looking at the evidence, and lack of it, is that this was likely some sort of tryst gone wrong. Can we know that to a metaphysical certitude? No, but the fact we have not seen the video or heard directly from the cops on the scene to clear up any misconceptions indicates that there probably are not any misconceptions to clear up. Guys tussling in their undies at oh dark thirty does not usually just sort of happen.

The second the story was reported came word the alleged attacker was asking ā€œWhereā€™s Nancy?ā€ Democrats in the media immediately seized on that to tie it to Jan. 6th, because everything is Jan. 6th to them. But how would they have heard he said ā€œWhereā€™s Nancy?ā€ If there were only 2 people there ā€“ Paul and the attacker ā€“ which one told police or reporters he was walking around saying that? Was it the man arrested for the attack or the guy with the multiple skull fractures who needed emergency surgery?
Most likely it was neither. At some point after Nov. 8th asking questions will become semi-legal again and the truth will come out. Weā€™ll likely learn that never happened. Maybe it was just a couple of Nigerian brothers paid by check to do it, who knows?
There is, of course, a simple way Pelosi and her army of flying monkeys could put all of these rumors to bed (no pun intendedā€¦ok, maybe a little) and that would be to release the surveillance footage of the break in.
ā€œWhat footage?ā€ you may be asking. Well, the Pelosiā€™s are worth somewhere between $200 and $300 million, so there is no way they donā€™t have security cameras around their house. Iā€™m not a multimillionaire and I have them, so thereā€™s no way they donā€™t.
And she is Speaker of the House, third in line for the presidency of the United States. While she wasnā€™t home at the time, and therefore her security detail wasnā€™t there, itā€™s not likely they simply switched off all security measures theyā€™d installed around the house for when they are there.
Where is the footage of the break-in? Personally, I want to know how someone can allegedly break a window from the outside and have all the glass laying around on the outside too. Itā€™s great for clean-up, but a mystery of physics.
Also, why would that window be broken near a door with the same windows, but not break the window in the door instead? Especially when itā€™s a long reach to the handle for the door and unlikely the attacker climbed in through that broken window.
None of it makes any sense, but it could if they would simply release the security footage that undoubtedly must exist.
They havenā€™t, and may never. They also could release the 911 call or the police body camera footage, which probably exists too.
Pelosi could easily make everyone asking any questions look foolish by simply releasing it. Seeing the attacker climb over the wall, smash the window and enter the house would answer almost every question.

Yes, the fact that they wonā€™t release surveillance video - just like Jan. 6 - is the biggest give-away that this is not what they want you to think it is.

How plausible does this seem to you, readers?

ā€œDePape had intended to tie up Paul with zip ties, but he was able to move into a bathroom and place a 911 call.
Realizing this, DePape took Paul downstairs and they answered the door to San Francisco Police Department officers, both men struggling with the hammer.ā€

In a shocking statement to police, Paul Pelosi claimed that he was assaulted by a man who threw hammers at him while shouting, ā€œTHIS IS MAGA COUNTRY!ā€
According to sources, Paul Pelosi was simply trying to enjoy a Subway sandwich in his underwear when another man in his underwear broke into his house and attacked him with a hammer.
ā€œAll I know is I was attacked by this MAGA Republican who is a registered member of the Green Party. Why would someone do this, especially right before the midterm elections?ā€ said Paul Pelosi. ā€œMy only conclusion is that this must be a direct act of far-right political violence, as opposed to another crime committed by the rampant mentally ill.ā€
ā€œThis far-right-leaning city of San Francisco just isnā€™t safe anymore,ā€ continued Paul. ā€œIā€™m not sure why there was no security present and nothing was caught on camera, but I have the hammer to prove it.ā€
Local authorities also confirmed that all 52 security cameras on the property had been turned off during the incident and that their server data was purged with bleach while the security team was fast asleep.

Itā€™s a Hollywood trope, the wealthy gentleman enjoying a seemingly perfect life while indulging a secret fondness for rough trade ā€” a proclivity that turns violent.

  1. How did David know the house and arrive there?
  2. Was there forced entry and did alarm go off?
  3. No video? What about body cam of SFPD?
  4. Why was assailant not tased?
  5. Did Paul go out Friday? If so, where? And when did he return?
  6. What was David doing prior to breaking in?
  7. Why SF General? There are 4 hospitals that are closer.
  8. Why did he refer to David as a friend?
  9. Whose hammer?
  10. Did David come from Berkeley or has he been living in SF and if so, where?

All good questions. A few more:
Where had Paul Pelosi been drinking the night he drove into another car?
Did he bring David DePape back home with him the night they fought over a hammer?
Who let the police in?
The police say that DePape has said this and that, but how do we know theyā€™re not lying to keep up the fishy cover-story?

Megyn Kelly says: ā€œThe San Francisco police, they were in the house when this guy attacked Paul Pelosi with a hammer. Iā€™m not sure how that happened. How do you have police officers on site and an 82-year-old gets attacked with a hammer in front of you when you have a gun as a police officer? Itā€™s one of the many questions here. As you point out, there are security cameras all over that house. You can see them from the outside where they are turned on. If not, why not? Sheā€™s the Speaker of the House. Far less known public figures than Nancy Pelosi have taken extra security measures in and around San Francisco, given how high the crime rate is there, it would be insane for them not to have their cameras on.ā€ Kelly wants to see the bodycam footage of the incident considering all the unanswered questions that are floating around over it. ā€œI know enough to smell a rat. Thereā€™s something going on here that theyā€™re not telling us. I just donā€™t know what it is.ā€

The Daily Mail has an article on it which also mentions the fact that itā€™s odd they didnā€™t have an alarm system that went off or private security.
But in the same article they quote a former CIA agent saying that ā€œright wing terrorism in the U.S.ā€ is ā€œthe new normā€. Really???
Antifa, BLM and Muslim terrorists are just fine, I guess. But itā€™s all us right wing terrorists that are the problem. The new norm. Yep. Because Merrick Garland said its so, it must be true.
Thatā€™s the story, and by golly, even if we have to make do with drug addicted hippies as our proof, weā€™re sticking to it!

What are the odds this actually happened in the way itā€™s being reported? It is no small scandal. he Capitol Police is well-funded ($515 million budget) and well-staffed (over 2000 officers and civilian personnel), especially considering its comparatively tight boundaries ā€“ they guard just two square miles.
In court this week, prosecutors claimed that DePape had been on a ā€œsuicide missionā€ to attack Nancy Pelosi but was aggravated to find her not at home. So, they contend that he took it out on her husband. With a hammer. And he waited to do so until he was in front of witnesses. Bizarre.
Capitol Police Chief Tom Manger said that the department plans to hire 280 more officers this year. He added that the ā€œpolitical climateā€ of the day will require more than that. The force needs ā€œadditional layers of physical securityā€ and ā€œredundanciesā€ to measures already in place to protect members of Congress.
Meanwhile, the hunt for January 6 protestors gets high priority at the FBI. Agents in all 50 states have contributed to amassing over 700 arrests. In that case, there was video footage that was preserved ā€“ thousands of hours of video, which is being reviewed second by second. Amazing.
But in the case of Paul Pelosi and David DePape, the investigation is into what went wrong with the investigation rather than what happened at the Pelosi house. Donā€™t expect answers anytime soon. We seem to be getting the run-around.

Thereā€™s a news story that the DHS has recognized DePape as an illegal alien and eligible for deportation. So they might just send him back to Canada as one way to keep him from making any statements the democrats would find embarrassing.

The multiple anomalies suggest that this whole thing might, just might, be some kind of Jussie Smollett hoax. Was there really a hammer attack? Or did they find cooperative doctors to fabricate medical records documenting surgery, etc. ā€“ all in order to claim an attack by a right-wing extremistā€¦ At this point, I do not put any ridiculously unlikely scenario past the democrats. Thatā€™s why we need to see the security camera and body camera footage.

No Third Man after all?

[Police say] after a ā€œknock and announceā€, the front door was opened by Mr. Pelosi. The 82-year-old did not immediately declare an emergency or try to leave his home. Instead, Mr. Pelosi began walking several feet back into the foyer toward the assailant and away from police.
It seems clear that thereā€™s more to this story. When Pelosi opened the door for the police, why did he walk back toward DePape if he thought DePape was a threat? Pelosi walking to the door and then returning to his attacker seems really odd. It makes more sense that upon the arrival of police, Pelosiā€™s self-preservation instinct would have kicked in, and he would have either called for help or bolted out the door.
Thereā€™s also the question of why DePape even let Pelosi open the door in the first place.
