Why a grifter? Zelensky needs weapons. Saying he isn’t sure of Trump’s support does not damage - probably helps - his position with the Biden administration. A campaign boost for the Democrats. No-one knows what Trump will do. His boast of a deal within 24 hours is blather.
Don;t underestimate Mr. Trump in making peace deals. Before his Abraham Accords were signed, many said his talk of peace in the Middle East was blather. As to the Ukrainian situation, let’s leave that for another day.
