Yes, between the corrupt Clintons and the corrupt Haitian government, is it any wonder the money is unaccounted for?
I’m sure the results will be the same for the money being put into “equity” for “racial and ethnic communities” in Europe. In this case, since “equity” is a bogus construct to begin with, it will be even easier to play shell games with the money.
