Tyranny Now and Conservatives Let It Happen

Quote:
The past 100 years have demonstrated that the administrative state is the single biggest threat that faces the Constitution and the republic it establishes. What began as a type of separation-of-powers “innovation” beyond the Constitution has persisted as nothing less than tyranny. The vast majority of our governance today is created, maintained, and enforced by unelected bureaucrats who are almost entirely insulated from accountability to any branch of government, let alone the people.

Yes, a wholesale rejection of the premise and a complete dismantling is the only solution to the administrative state.
It should be done all at once, though, not incrementally. Doing it incrementally is still playing by their rules, and they know how to reverse the rules as they go, completely negating the process, as shown with Trump’s “2 for 1” deregulation idea.

I agree with you, Liz. It must be done all at once. If the present Congressional Republicans could do it, let’s say with Trump re-elected and a Senate majority, do you think they would do it?

That’s a big “if”!!
IF elections weren’t rigged, we’d have Trump for President, and a MAGA majority, not sold out to Blackrock or the CCP, etc.
If we had that, I think they would do it.
But we have to un-rig elections first, and how do we get that done when those rigging them are already in power? Its a Catch-22.

An article says, “President Joe Biden ordered the Federal Trade Commission to create new rules making it harder for manufacturers to limit who can fix the devices they create.”

The federal bureaucracy - the administrative state - in effect gives the president ability to make law, something only congress should have authority over.
