Summary:
The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is being sued by Stephen Miller’s America First Legal (AFL) group for withholding records of the use of hormone treatments, such as puberty blockers, on underaged children.
Such treatments, encouraged by the Biden administration, are often incorrectly referred to as “gender-affirming care”, but are widely condemned as child abuse.
An example of such a drug is gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRh) agonists, to which the FDA has recently appended a warning label notifying users of the risk of pseudotumor cerebri, a condition that mimics the symptoms of a brain tumor to the point of causing vision loss.

Of course the only reason the FDA added the label warning was to cover their own ass. I hope this lawsuit ends up in criminal convictions for them.

I love the way they say “gender-affirming” (care, drugs, surgery, etc.). In fact, it’s gender-denying or gender-destroying – surely fertility destroying, which may well be the ulterior motive of the villains who promote it.

Here’s a quote from an article on one of those very dangerous drugs.

Consider Lupron. First approved by the FDA to treat prostate cancer, doctors later used the drug to chemically castrate sex offenders and stop early-onset puberty.
Today, it’s the primary “off-label” drug used to “block” puberty. Lupron stops the body’s normal hormonal process, including the development of ovaries and testes, by “blocking” the brain’s ability to communicate with the pituitary gland. The pituitary controls the release of hormones. Without it, the sex hormones can’t direct puberty as they otherwise would.
Lupron’s side effects are so severe that doctors tend not to prescribe it for even mild (non-metastatic) cases of prostate cancer. Would you be shocked to learn it might not be great for young girls, either? In fact, after taking the drug, girls may develop osteoporosis and osteopenia, problems that mostly afflict older women. Many doctors found that Lupron decreased minors’ bone density so much that they could no longer recommend it.

Just amazing, isn’t it? The danger of this drug was well known to doctors, and the government.
But those who want to protect children from it are the ones being accused of “endangering” children, and it’s asserted that they should lose custody of their children for denying such “gender affirming care” to them. We’re so far past Orwell…
