The cuts - 25%, etc - aren’t nearly enough, but it’s better than nothing I guess.
The problem is, it isn’t just a bloated bureaucracy - its full of terrorist supporting criminals.
He at least gives some reasons for continuing with it, but I’m still not convinced it’s worth it.
He says they reformed it 25 years ago, and look how corrupt it has - again - become! Pretty easy to predict that it will repeat that pattern.
