There Is No Such Thing As Recycling

“GreenWaste. That sounded good, right?Except all these virtue signaling operations just route the trash to where it gets treated like… trash. And they can’t tell you where it goes, because they don’t want to know. Recycling is a scam. It’s unneeded and it doesn’t work. It consists of taxing Americans to hide their trash in the third world and then pay ad agencies to make cartoons of singing pizza boxes and soda cans happily describing how they’re being transformed into new products. They’re not: it’s a scam.”

Well, you don’t say? Just like every other virtue signaling scam the left forces on us.

Locally, our county has to meet certain environmental demands by recycling a certain percentage of trash. They only meet that demand by counting the spreading of manure on crop fields and the use of waste-water treated sludge solution as recycling.

The typical recycling budget is always way in the red. The paper and cardboard pile up in warehouses with no place to go, hoping that they can unload it …pay someone to take it for something. Glass is mostly unusable as most is sorted back into the dump. Plastics is a joke and I suspect causes the most budget eating, as citizens dump all sorts of everything other than the two the county can maybe get rid of…PETE and HDPE. People are lazy slobs mostly.

Metals are the only possibly recyclable materials that could be sold to offset the other wasted time and manpower and storage costs.

I stopped believing a good while ago.
