A bare-knuckle legal brawl is taking place between the Department of Justice and a federal judge who is miffed that criminal illegal immigrants were deported to El Salvador.
On Saturday, President Donald Trump invoked the 1798 Alien Enemies Act to rid America of members of the violent Venezuela-based Tren de Aragua gang. Deportation flights then took off to take criminal illegal immigrants from Venezuela to a prison in El Salvador.
Meanwhile, legal advocates for Venezuelan criminal illegal immigrants went to court, with the result that U.S. District Judge James Boasberg ordered planes in the air to turn around and bring the criminal illegal immigrants back while he considered whether using the 1798 law was constitutionally sound.

A drama that highlights the patent absurdity of the left’s phony posturing of “concern” for the Constitution.
“Legal advocates” claiming the “rights” of criminal illegals have been violated, while a “judge” - who is obviously already violating the Constitution by usurping the power of the President, determines whether a law cited violates the Constitution or not!
Of course, the many laws that were ignored and violated by Biden and Mayorkas to allow the invasion of thousands of unvetted criminals and terrorists to enter the country illegally, all lavishly funded by our tax dollars, was never a problem for these Marxists. The entire program of Biden’s administration was to flood the country with a permanent underclass of Democrat voters who would give them permanent power.
Legally and Constitutionally, Biden and his entire cabinet are the ones who should be in prison right now, for treason. And the judges they appointed should be kicked off the bench.
