I believe Islam is a greater threat to America and the west than China. Far greater.

It’s disgusting to see this happening. And in Texas, of all places. But when you consider the fact that the state government in Texas - including its Republicans - is so corrupt it almost makes the Federal gov. look decent, it’s no surprise.
The threat from Islam is real because of our own corrupt leadership, who’ve allowed them to gain power, just as they have in Europe.
We have a better chance to fight them with Trump than with any other politician, but we may not get it.
He should deport them all, but I don’t see that happening. And the “art of the deal” won’t work with them, because they can’t be trusted.
It will be as hard to get rid of them now as the corruption and ideological disease that got them here in the first place.
But Trump still has four years to go - he may yet pull it off, who knows?

Is the torture-and-murder and enslaving ideology of Islam even worse than the regimenting enslaving ideology of Chinese Communism? Both are terrifyingly oppressive. Both are destructive.
Islam does not (yet?) threaten Americans. It does however - and on this I believe we agree - threaten the West in general.
At present, China has three times more nuclear warheads (about 600) than Pakistan (under 200). (The US has many thousands.)

On further thought, Cogito, I do see that Islam is even worse than Communism. The cruelty of ISIS, al-Qaeda, Hamas is beyond imagining.
I still think that, as things stand right now, Communism is the greater threat to America. But Islam grows and spreads.

This article confirms my suspicion that China is a paper tiger. China may threaten America from without (although not as menacingly a s many think), but Islam is slowly poisoning the West from within. Despite the noble efforts of Mr. Trump to destroy DEI and Wokism, I think the Islamic cancer has sufficiently enervated our civilization to the point of rendering opposition impossible.

I agree with you that Islam is “slowly poisoning the West from within”, but the CCP has been doing that also, for decades.
Ever since they were allowed in as a partner of the World Trade Org. under Bill Clinton, they’ve not only been undermining the US on trade, they’ve also infiltrated and undermined the US in countless other ways - bribing and blackmailing politicians (Biden being a prime example), funding anti-american causes such as BLM, and spreading anti-american propaganda from tic toc to universities - and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
As Jillian mentioned, there’s a “Red-Green Alliance”, and the CCP is part of it.
