After he had shut down the Keystone Pipeline that would have brought oil to the US from Canada? In fact did all he could to cripple the US oil industry? So that the price of oil soared?
Then he resorted to the nation’s strategic petroleum reserves to bring down the price of gas at the pump. And to sell the oil to China.

The U.S’s oil reserve is at its lowest level since 1986, despite having one of the world’s largest oil reserves, thanks to Biden’s energy efforts to cater to China.
