The Only Choice, Anti-White Child-Sacrificing Communism or Self-Martyring Christianity?

All of American politics is now one big culture war. The culture war is the only issue because the cultural war is everything now. When one side stakes its claim to political power on offering abortion up until birth and transgender operations for 8-year-olds, and holds out these policies as proof of its moral authority, we’re way past arguing over how to get the economy back on track. There’s no going back to that kind of politics.
Tucker Carlson hit on this at the end of his big speech at Heritage recently. He compared the values of the political left to the values of the Aztecs, who sacrificed children to their bloodthirsty gods — and he wasn’t wrong. Our politics, he argued, have shifted profoundly in a relatively short period of time. Instead of arguing over the best means to bring about an agreed-upon common good, we no longer agree about what the common good is. Forget about whether Republicans or Democrats are right about the ideal marginal tax rate. We can’t even agree on whether men and women exist as meaningful categories. And if we don’t get that question right, you can forget about economic prosperity, much less anything like a republic or a constitutional system of government.
What the neocons and establishment politicians don’t seem to understand is that the culture war has become a grinding war of attrition that will end with the complete destruction of one side”.

So far, so good.
Then comes this:

“There is no way to reconcile the vision of the common good espoused by the transgender movement, on the one hand, and orthodox Christians, on the other.”

So that’s our choice. We all pretend changing sex is possible or we establish Christianity as the republic’s state religion?

“That’s not quite what I meant,” the author might say if this was a conversation with him.

But that’s what he said, and that or something close to that is what he must have meant.

It brings to mind one of the horrors of Christianity. Here it is expressed by an erudite intellectual snob of a Christian poet - T.S. Eliot:

The only hope, or else despair
Lies in the choice of pyre or pyre -
To be redeemed from fire by fire.

That’s your choice, you who are against the Left with its “transgender” movement. Your only choice. Either you burn at the stake to cleanse your soul (or suffer some other extreme agony) or you burn in hell. Either a Communist anti-White child-sacrificing America or a Christian Republic (constitutional, but with the First Amendment’s freedom of religion eliminated).

We offer a third choice. We stand for the American Republic founded on its Constitution WITH its First Amendment. But Google takes care that nobody hears of us.

Yes, as always, Christians see all political conflict as a “spiritual battle”, conflate leftism with atheism (or “secularism”) and thus create a false dichotomy between leftism/atheism and Christianity, seeing them as our only two choices, refusing to recognize any others. They cannot fathom the idea that anyone can be a good person without religion, or that society could flourish without it.
But fortunately most American Christians also revere the Constitution, which would prevent them from eliminating the First Amendment and establishing a theocracy or a state church.
