He should be acquitted. He shot in self-defense.
And it’s only right that the citizens of the cities destroyed by the rioters would feel they had no recourse but to protect themselves and their businesses from the violence.
It’s to the shame of the leftists running the cities that they allowed the rioters to get away with what they did, but then prosecute those trying to defend themselves.
