Among the various elements of Biden’s disaster in Afghanistan was his incredibly dumb decision to pull out the military for a photo-op before evacuating all the civilians.
It was the worst possible way to do things and if any American civilians are killed or taken hostage, that will be why.
Either way the withdrawal has turned into a rout with frantic crowds trying to escape. Our military, operating under difficult conditions, will do what it can.
The media will shortly focus on blaming the whole thing on Trump before pivoting to some identity politics vaccine/mask outrage, but this is a public blow to the narrative that will not easily heal.

Good article, and makes some good points in the video, too. One, that the idea we had achieved any democracy or exported American exceptionalism to Afghanistan was an illusion. It was just a play with props paid for by taxpayers money. That’s why it all collapsed as soon as we withdrew. They’re a tribal society not interested in democracy. Our tax money would be better spent promoting American exceptionalism here at home, rather than tearing it down with marxist ideology.

The Nazarene Fund is seeking to rescue the Christians, of whom the Taliban has a list because the Afghanistan government mandated in 2009 that IDs and passports must have religious designation on them, that have been abandoned by America. Many there believed that the American government was trying to establish a form of democracy, despite what Biden has said this week. They will be crucified when found.
Beck called for his audience to help and in 24 hours the Nazarene Fund raised over 9 million dollars. This morning at 11:30 it was at 12.8 million. They figure they will need 20 million to get the 4 to 5000 Christians out, but they are not anywhere near the Kabul airport, so this is going to be a very dangerous mission.
The shame and defeat in on Biden, but the American people are a different matter. We donated $200. And, what is that? I am not in danger. Nobody I know is in danger. I am an atheist. I am doing just a tiny little bit to help strangers in trouble because my President is an incompetent, demented, corrupt Leftist puppet.

I sadly have to say that he IS America now. He more than anyone has made America what it is now. It is a crippled weakling, rotten with silliness and sentimentality and utter heartlessness pretending to be compassionate. It grovels to its enemies and betrays its friends. It is a pathetic thing. It has let itself become so. The tragedy is enormous. Where are the strong Americans? Why do we not hear their voices raised in anger? Why is Biden not deposed? And Kamala sent into obscurity? Why is the fraud of their “election” not trumpeted through every medium every day? Is it too late to do anything to save the Great Idea of America? Yes. I see. It is too late.

No, he is not. Conservative voices are raised in anger over what has been happening to their country. What represents America to you? The Left? The universities? The corporate media? They don’t report on what conservative voices are saying. Do you ever listen to conservative talk radio? Do you have any idea what a army of conservatives their listeners represent? Do you ever read Prepper blogs?
Think about the last election. The reality of what we witnessed in Trump rallies? Think about this coming election. The prediction from many conservatives, both elected officials and pundits, is that there is a Red Wave coming hard.
Maybe the rest of the world sees Biden as America, but half or more of America does not. And…much of the rest of the world remembers Trump and his policies that “made America great” but were derailed by the Wuhan Virus, which was used by the Left and its propaganda arm to turn the tide, steal the election and defeat Trump’s vision of America.
I hope that Trump will run for the House office in Florida and thrust out Pelosi, and then lead conservatives to a presidential victory that bases its administration on Trump’s best policies.
It is not too late. That is still my hope and the hope of many others. We have to get through the mess that has been created of the economy, but if we can do that and we can take Congress, then we are on the way to bringing back America. I remember you said it would take a strong person. Perhaps it will take many strong people working together and supporting policies that will make America great again. Do not despair.

My feeling exactly. I want to see this all defeated, but then look at how much the left has already taken over. Americans made a HUGE statement in voting for Trump in a landslide, and we have been mugged, violated, and left with nothing, trapped again in an “abusive marriage” with dictators.

Just an update on the Nazarene Fund and Beck’s audience…
And this is only Becks’s audience, as nowhere is any of this being reported, even on other conservative talk shows. The goal has been surpassed at over 21 million dollars and the first airlift left Afghanistan two hours ago. They are getting the Christians and others that are being killed (Muslims of the wrong sort) out, but with great danger. The donations are two over 100,000 dollars, a few over 20,000 dollars, but mostly 1000 dollars and less than 100 dollars. Every single penny of this fund is being used for the purpose intended, the same with Beck’s Mercury One Fund.
This is the power of tens of thousands of people working to promote the ideals of America in what ever manner they can and pulling together.
You are correct, Jillian, we are in deep manure…and yet, this horror might be a turning point that could stop the “progress” and wake up those that thought America was doing fine under the rule of the Left. What do you think our honorable military leaders are thinking? What are our churches thinking? Do you think that those who voted for Biden because they trusted him will not notice? We may not go back, but we may have a chance to go forward as America.
People are raging, are stunned, are calling for action and are shamed. I heard a CNN reporter on the ground at Kabul and she is not thinking that any of this has been anything but a total cluster of mismanaged ignorant decisions. CNN! These people may have been a propaganda arm of the Left, but they are not so stupid as to defend what has happened. Of course, I could be wrong, but there is only so far that lies will go in the face of this debacle.
