The Covid legacy

Aside from destroying the economy and sabotaging our children’s education, this may prove to be the worst legacy of covid. Even if all restrictions are lifted and life does return to status ante quo, there will be this. The notion that in the name of protecting public health, the government can do anything with utter impunity. If the authorities decide that global warming or guns are a threat to public safety and health, then anything goes. Forget the courts, Charter of Rights, and English Common Law. We have reverted to a government of men not law.
The Enlightenment RIP.

Yes, these are the people who must not be questioned!

It brings to mind the wonderful thought of the brilliant scientist Richard Feynman who said:

" I would rather have questions that can’t be answered than answers that can’t be questioned.

The UK govt. wants to protect the NHS by firing nearly a 10th of the staff! Why? Because this is the number of staff who refuse to be jabbed with the experimental injection (it says something when health workers are refusing it on this scale I think)!

Meanwhile technocrat puppet leader Johnson admits that the jabs don’t even protect from getting infected or passing on the infection!

Sheer insanity!! They lie, they even admit the lying, and yet continue to fire people for not complying and playing along with the lie!
The imposing of their control is supposed to be all about our “safety”, but even as this flimsy charade is shredded by the inconvenient facts, they just keep on doing it. The Emperor may be naked at this point, but he’s still in control, dammit!

Oh, for the good old days of honest scientists like Fineman! We’ve come full circle, and are back to the days of Galileo, where the honest ones are persecuted.
