Two Republican Congressmen have reported being illegally investigated, one by (Pelosi’s) Capitol police, and one by the Biden administration’s Department of Justice. Rep. Troy Nehls said a Capitol Police officer had taken illegal photographs of materials they found in his office. The DOJ has twice intercepted and opened mail addressed to Rep. Louis Gohmer.
The Supreme Court has ruled that the DOJ is prohibited from even using a search warrant to go through a congressman’s mail or office.
