Yes, affirmative action definitely needs to be abolished, and also this discrimination.
How absurd to base a rejection of their application on their “personality” - and since when is being “quiet” a drawback in a student?

Thank you for sharing Jillian! I was amazed that the case dates back to 2014 and I just now learned about it via Fox News. I do hope the Supreme Court sides against Harvard. It will cause a ripple across the nation in the education sector when it comes to affirmative action and admissions processes.
