I doubt that 72% of Gazans failed to vote for Hamas government. But I have no proof. In any case, the proposal does not stand or fall by that figure’s accuracy.

Well it sounds like a clear choice. I don’t know if the Saudis and UAE are completely trustworthy, but they sound way better than Qatar and Turkey!
Tony Blair seemed like an odd choice to me, but apparently he has done alot in the ME that I never knew about to recommend him.
I guess it’s possible it could succeed, but after such a long history of failure, it’s hard to foresee anything happening but a huge waste of time, effort and money by all involved, ending in the resurgence of Hamas terrorism.
