Unfortunately the Daily Mail has this, although I think it has to be said that 36 year-olds dying in their sleep is not a commonplace occurrence, and the coroner (3 months on apparently) has still to declare a cause of death according to the article:
There’s nothing in this article to suggest that Mr Perkins’s death didn’t follow a 2nd jab either.

It’s completely mind boggling what these people have done, in collusion with the government!
When you fully grasp the enormity of both the crime and the collusion, it no longer seems far fetched to conclude that it was committed for the sinister purpose of increasing authoritarian control over the worlds population.

The first claims for jab injuries have been settled:

A petition for an inquiry on the safety of the jabs has gained over 100,000 signatures, which means the subject will be debated in the House of Commons:
