Trump warned the Europeans that this could happen.

Under his leadership, America was ready to provide Europe with all the oil it needed, but it chose to stick with dependence on Russia for its vital oil supplies. Then the "Biden “administration forced an oil shortage on America, and now it’s too late for Europe to change its mind. Putin has won.

Biden should win the Nobel Prize - he surpasses Obama (who got the prize for doing nothing but being a communist, even before screwing everything up) by actually screwing everything up even worse.
