According to the article, which quotes the Guardian, the scare originates from a vaccine against polio, so the solution is more (different) vaccines against polio apparently:

The headline is misleading because they are merely being offered the jab.
The mass outbreak is another disastrous consequence of mass immigration from third world sh#tholes. And nowadays theres no telling if the vaccine is any better than the illness.
Apparently, African witch-doctors have prevented the polio vaccine from getting the universal coverage that the smallpox vaccine did. Smallpox now exists only in the biowarfare labs [yes, the human race is insane] … we really do have ‘herd immunity’ from it. But not polio. (And, incidentally, when the polio vaccine(s) first appeared, a bad batch, in which the virus had not been sufficiently weakened, did cause some of the recipients to get polio.and die.
And the current vaccine is not without problems.

I think we have to start from the assumption that the threat may be being exaggerated though, it could just be yet another WEF style initiative to spread fear (and sell some perhaps unnecessary remedies as well as a nice little bonus for the big pharma division of Global Inc.).
