Something else I’ve seen about this is that Musk’s attempted takeover may expose the “public- private partnership” between Twitter and the government intelligence agencies, who fund them and use them to spy on and censor us, and disseminate propaganda.

“As a publicly traded company, Twitter has a fiduciary obligation to maximize shareholder investment. Yet, by suppressing conservatives, Twitter gives the finger to much of the country, a policy inconsistent with the company’s own financial interest.
So, good luck, Mr. Musk. Perhaps next you’ll buy The New York Times—and turn it into a newspaper.”

That’s a good point - that Twitter’s policy of censoring conservatives is inconsistent with its own financial interests.
