More Proof of the Deep Corruption of the FBI

Quote:
An FBI whistleblower has come forward to say the bureau is violating policies in its investigation into the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol breach.
The whistleblower raising concerns about how the bureau is handling the Jan. 6 investigation has identified himself as special agent Steve Friend.
Friend brought concerns to supervisors, including telling special agent Greg Federico that it was inappropriate to use FBI SWAT teams to arrest suspects who were only facing misdemeanor charges.
Federico forwarded the issue to supervisors, with whom Friend reiterated concerns about policy violations. He brought up the kidnapping case involving Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, which ended with several defendants being acquitted because of the heavy involvement of FBI agents and confidential sources. One of the supervisors falsely said that police officers were killed on Jan. 6, and said that Friend was being “a bad teammate".
Friend refused to participate in future operations relating to the Jan. 6 investigation. His security clearance was suspended pending an investigation, and he was stripped of his credentials, firearm, and badge.
Friend is still employed by the FBI but remains suspended without pay.
Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) urged officials to immediately stop disciplining Friend for what was described as protected whistleblower activity, which is protected by federal law.

Citing FBI whistleblowers numbering in the “double digits”, Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) likened the agency’s infamous “seventh floor” of FBI headquarters to “Sodom and Gomorrah”.
“We’ve got complaints this week about the sexual harassment, about sexual improprieties on the seventh floor of the FBI and all the favors and all the intimidation that goes along with sexual improprieties.”

And there’s this:

“Now, local police and the feds took surveillance footage from the center [vandalized by left-wing terrorists], but they didn’t do anything with it, but they didn’t give it back to the center. The center is suing to get it back. Then the attorney for the local police told the crisis pregnancy center they can’t have their own tapes back because those tapes might inspire right-wing violence,” Carlson continued. “Are you following the logic here? It’s completely insane. It’s utterly politicized law enforcement. It’s the deepest level of corruption. It’s totally unacceptable. You can’t have a country run like this.”

And this:

Quote:
“More than two dozen federal agents, some using ballistics shields and long guns, arrived to arrest the pro-life advocate on Friday, September 23, for an incident that occurred nearly a year prior and for which local authorities dismissed all charges,” a press release from the Senate Judiciary Committe said. “The show-of-force raid by the FBI followed multiple overtures about cooperation by the advocate’s attorneys to the federal prosecutor’s office in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, which went unanswered over the course of weeks.”
The letter pointed out that Houck had cooperated with federal law enforcement prior to the raid, which included over 20 FBI agents who surrounded their home, wearing plated tactical vests and ballistic helmets and holding ballistic shields and long guns.
According to the letter, Houck’s wife, Ryan-Marie, stated , “They said they were going to break in if my husband didn’t open the door. And then they had about five guns pointed at my husband, myself, and my kids.”

The government is calling us domestic terrorists, but they themselves are the real terrorists. Terrorizing their own citizens!
Not to mention violating the right to free speech, false arrest and imprisonment, torture, murder…
The question is, now that they’ve already reached this stage of brazen tyranny, is lawful, constitutional pushback by legislators or citizens going to stop them?

Yes. Also, will there be much pushback? If so, how strong will it be? There’s been very little pushback by the Republican Party up to now.

Right, because they’ve been mostly Rinos.
We have to get decent representatives in there.

“It’s clear the FBI didn’t hire these informants because the government had cause to suspect Trump was in cahoots with Russia to rig the 2016 election. To the contrary, the informants manufactured the falsehood, giving FBI partisans and the news media fabricated evidence to sabotage Trump with the FBI’s imprimatur.”

Yes, just as we knew all along - it was a conspiracy to destroy Trump from beginning to end.
They should be in prison, but they’re in charge, going after “domestic terrorists” instead.
