Marbury v. Madison

We should always remember that the Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the land. It is not the President, not Congress, not the Supreme Court. One need not be an attorney to read and understand our Constitution, and we must reject any attempt by the courts to “interpret” this document to mean something other than what it clearly states. It is not a “living document”, the meaning of which can be changed at the whim of those in power. Our Supreme Court has acknowledged this limitation on its own authority, and on the authority of other branches of government.

Very true. Lets hope the Supreme Court will continue to acknowledge this. If the Left succeeds in packing the Court, or is able to appoint another judge like Brown Jackson, it won’t.
