Yes, her struggle ended. Some struggles don’t end so quickly and that is why I quoted her statement.
For some cosmic reason, most of our daughter’s friends struggle with various symptoms as much as or more than she. She used to think her odd conditions were normal, because her best friend throughout school had the same odd conditions, so when they consulted each other they didn’t realize that their conditions weren’t normal. Both are still on the road to finding out exactly what their conditions are and how they can be treated, now that medical knowledge realizes that they don’t have to fit in a box to actually be suffering.
