Incitement to Genocide is Illegal in America

Vicious mobs are screaming in American cities and universities for the genocide of the Jews.

Contrary to the belief - reiterated by “woke” university presidents and lawyers of both the political Left and Right - that the First Amendment allows incitement to genocide, here is what the law actually says:

Whoever directly and publicly incites another to violate subsection (a) shall be fined not more than $500,000 or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

18 U.S. Code § 1091 - Genocide

That would qualify all of the pro-Hamas protesters for fines and imprisonment. But they get paid to do it by the same people who bribe our politicians, so they, of course, are not the ones in prison.
The prisons are already full with the protesters from Jan. 6 - many of whom recieved even harsher sentences, for simply “trespassing” on Capitol grounds.
And the courts are too busy condemning Trump (and many of his defenders on the Right - Navarro, Bannon, Guiliani, Stone, Jones, and others) to huge fines and imprisonments, to bother dealing with actual crimes!

Just saw a clip of useful idiot genocide inciters yelling at John Fetterman - “Fetterman, Fetterman, you can’t hide, you’re supporting genocide!” (Such clever little jingles - what genius thinks them up? Sounds like a 3rd grade playground rhyme.)
Meanwhile, he stood on his roof waving an Israeli flag at them!
I think his stroke actually realigned his brain to function way better, once he recovered from it!
