How the US Military Saved America from a Toy Balloon

Quote:
[At least] one of the UFOs shot down last weekend by the US Air Force with a $400,000 missile may have simply been [ie. was] a $12 balloon belonging to an Illinois enthusiast club.
The Northern Illinois Bottlecap Balloon Brigade told Aviation Week on Thursday that it fears one of its diligently-tracked gasbags that recently went missing was mistaken as the mystery object taken out by the military over Canada on Saturday. The Pico Balloon — a silver-coated, cylindrically shaped object — reported its last position at 38,910 ft. off the west coast of Alaska on Friday. By Saturday the balloon would have been over the central part of the Yukon Territory around the time a military Lockheed Martin F-22 shot down an unidentified object of a similar description and altitude in the same Canadian vicinity.

“The balloon shot down a few weeks ago belonged to China. The military shot down three more objects after that balloon. President Joe Biden confirmed today: “The intelligence community’s current assessment is that these three ones were most likely balloons tied to private companies, recreation or research institutions studying weather or conducting other scientific research.”

Each toy balloon was destroyed with great courage and skill by means of a sidewinder missile costing $400,000. Medals must be awarded.

The sinister cabal behind the threat:

Members of the Northern Illinois Bolltlecap Balloon Brigade, whose balloon went missing near the area where an unidentified object was shot down by a fighter jet over Alaska.

The perfect icing on the cake! To illustrate the complete incompetence of the Biden regime.
They allow the real threat to traverse the entire country before shooting it down, and then rush out like the Keystone Cops to shoot at toy balloons to try to cover their a$$es.

How sensible!

But I do hope balloon rides will be able to resume soon. Just as soon as the US miltary learns to distinguish a pleasure balloon from an enemy spy satellite. (Unfortunately that might take a long time.)

Thank you for this apt post. Jeanne.
