I suppose you could say that being brainwashed by your culture/cult/religion to believe the load of barbaric crap contained in the Koran could qualify as a form of mental illness.
And then throwing a brainwashed barbarian cultist into the middle of 21st century European or American civilization would probably be pretty traumatizing, which might cause a violent reaction.
Well, the solution to that is simple - send them all back! That would solve their problem AND ours.
