Morally abhorrent and medically needless and reckless. What happened to “abundance of caution” and the Precautionary Principle? What happened to common sense? What happened to “follow the science”? Have the Israelis no sense of history.
For the first time in my life, I am ashamed to be a Jew.
I hope there will be a day of reckoning for this monstrous crime.
It is not the Jewish people who made this bad decision, Cogito. It is a government. Governments are the enemy of the people they govern. That is now true even in America, which started out as a self-governing nation.
I’m sure there are millions of Israelis who are as strongly against this abuse of children as you are.
I was shocked that Israel was so gung-ho about the vaccine at first, too, but yes, they do have a mostly Leftist govt. now (?).
Also it looks like they’re not mandating it (?) And a pretty large percent said they wouldn’t or weren’t sure about getting it.
It’s still very disturbing to see “panels of experts”, and Pfizer, etc., so credulously taken at their word.
I’m afraid it is the Jewish people who condone this ghastly experimentation on children. I say this because the Jewish people in Israel voted for their government. Furthermore I do not see or hear of any mass demonstrations against this government policy.
And it’s not just Israeli Jews. I received an email today from a liberal Jewish friend admonishing me. He claims “the science” recommends these procedures in children!
It’s a hopeless situation everywhere except Florida and Texas.
Yes, it seems so. It’s so jarring to realize that the Left has succeeded with their propaganda to the point where many are completely convinced that those of us opposing the mandates or contesting the election results are crazy conspiracy nuts, that Trump is a Nazi, and that Jan. 6 was an attempted coup by “right wing extremists” and “domestic terrorists.”
Meanwhile, in supreme irony, a coup WAS attempted - and succeeded - by those who duped them, and whom they now consider to be legitimately elected leaders.
