President Trump was far too trusting. Too many of his supposed allies and supporters secretly harbored disdain for him, and actively worked against him. If he wins the presidency in 2024, I hope he’s more careful.
Yes, that was his “achilles heel”. He trusted too many people who turned out to be traitors.
