Christianity: Time for its Obituary?

It’s well known, of course, that our once flourishing civilization is the result of two sources. Athens and Jerusalem. From Athens we have the celebration of reason which is the source of our philosophy and science. From Jerusalem, we have the celebration of revelation and blind faith. Christianity has, lamely, tried to bridge this unbridgeable gap. It’s our hamartia.
Yes, many of the giants of art and architecture and music of the Christian era did paint, and sculpt, and erect and compose stupendous secular pieces.
