Interesting that Corless, in the interview, talking about how no one could question the Church at the time of the orphanages, says that things are better now - we have more free speech.
But it didn’t take long for the politically correct tyrants we have now ro replace the Church in suppressing speech, including speech criticizing their own abuse of children with the trans grooming…

In Ireland it’s okay to starve little children to death, but don’t you dare say you hate jihadis. That will get you five years in prison.

Those who use so-called “hate speech” will soon be jailed for up to five years.
Any individual found guilty of using “hate speech” in Ireland will soon find themselves facing up to five years in jail. The country’s Justice Minister, Helen McEntee, has been at the centre of the country’s push towards implementing effective “hate speech” legislation.

A question for today; will it be okay for 10,000 or so to freeze in the UK this Winter, as is predicted?

Will they be in jeopardy should the Church open its doors to them? Maybe they should join households and pool their fuel/money instead.
