Gold is only one of the valuable minerals lying in the cold earth of the Arctic. It is a potential “mine” for all of them. The wonder is that it has not been mined - by the United States. Now will China get it all?

Yes, because the U.S. is too busy wrecking its own economy - why would we want to interfere with that by doing something productive?!
