Yes, a hard lesson, and I still don’t think he gets it -
that all these “noble” leftist causes he’s supported weren’t genuine - they were fake agitprop concocted by Marxists who cast every minority group as “victims” of the “evil” capitalist West, to exploit the sympathy of useful idiots like him who then agree that capitalism must be destroyed and replaced with a communist collective controlled by an authoritarian State.
All these decades, leftist Jews supported these causes, thinking they were real, only to find now that the causes were frauds, and that they were being used as dupes - and expendable ones at that.
I guess now they are just expected to sacrifice themselves for the “greater good”!
