Gawd… What an utterly pathetic excuse for a man, much less a President. He looks and sounds like he’s sleepwalking, as he mumbles incoherently.
Although I have no sympathy for him, due to the fact that he’s a completely corrupt, lying scumbag, and always has been, as a “senior citizen” he’s being criminally abused by his handlers as a prop.
