Biden has irreparably damaged US alliances

What current British officials would say only in private, former prime minister Tony Blair said in public — declaring Biden’s withdrawal “imbecilic” and his abandonment of the Afghan people “tragic, dangerous” and “unnecessary".
But the damage Biden has done extends far beyond the “special relationship” with Britain. Our NATO allies were in Afghanistan only because America was attacked on 9/11, and there were more NATO than US forces in Afghanistan when Biden made the decision to withdraw — so his surrender undermines the credibility of the entire alliance. Merkel’s designated successor, Armin Laschet, declared Biden’s handling of Afghanistan the “biggest debacle NATO has seen since its foundation".
Biden seems oblivious to the damage he is doing. In a news briefing before the evacuation was ended, Biden declared, “I have seen no question of our credibility from our allies around the world."
This is delusional. Our allies are aghast at Biden’s display of weakness and his indifference to their interests. The damage he is doing to our alliances and our credibility in the world is irreparable.

Either delusional, or lying through his teeth, as all leftists always do. But its quite possible, at this point in his stage of senility, that he’s completely delusional, and just repeating the lies of his puppetmasters.
It produces the same results either way - total loss of credibility, total embarrassment to the U.S., and a dangerous weakening to the advantage of our enemies.

Tony Blair is himself an imbecile of course, and we were bound to withdraw eventually, the “abandonment” of the Afghan people was inevitable. We can’t trust our governments to govern other countries when their idea of governing our own country is to sow division by importing huge numbers of people from hostile cultures and progressively take away our liberties in the name of fake security.

Well, it takes one to know one!
And yes, our government can’t run anything, except to run it into the ground.

Internet wonky today…too much wind, so I didn’t go to the article, but wanted to remind people that the current PM could not get hold of Biden for 41 hours after this surrender started.
