Expecting Biden to fill leadership positions with qualified, competent people is a pipe dream.
When destroying the country is your goal, incompetence is actually a desirable quality in those you appoint - Biden himself being Exhibit A.
That way, whatever is left functioning after you implement your destructive agenda will be finished off by incompetent management and corruption.

It is all a nefarious plan to rid the planet of human life that can afford an above basic lifestyle. We can only remain if we practice subsistence living.

Of course, The Others may live however they wish.
