This seems like psychopath level insanity, but I suppose that is how all evil, when being forced on people by an authoritarian State, seems.

It is going to swing back. It has to swing back. There is no rock big enough to hold us all under it until it swings back, so I guess there is no hiding out until this nightmare is over.
