American Conservatives Like Neither Putin Nor War

Conservatives are currently under attack on two contradictory grounds: 1) they are pro-Vladimir Putin, and 2) they are warmongers trying to embroil the U.S. in a war against Putin. Of course, it is possible that there are some conservatives in each of these alleged camps. Still, it is odd to be attacked from two utterly antithetical directions at once.
I know hundreds of conservatives, and not one of them, to the best of my knowledge, thinks highly of Vladimir Putin. Likewise, not a single conservative has expressed the view to me that we should send U.S. troops to Ukraine to fight against Russia.

I think the reason for so many contradictory views on this war is because there is so much propaganda about it coming from so many angles.
I just read an article yesterday by Oleg Atabashian, who’s family came from Ukraine (who’s website, '“The People’s Cube”, parodies Communism) asserting that the idea that the Azov battalion in Ukraine is a bunch of Nazis is Russian propaganda.
And there is alot of propaganda from all sides.
I don’t like it that Ukrainians are getting killed, but I don’t think it’s worth risking World War 3 to get involved in it, either.
I blame the Biden administration’s reckless incompetence and corruption for the whole thing.

Wayne Root makes a good point about it in an article at Gateway Pundit, “Here’s your Red-pill moment about the Russia Ukraine War”.
Basically says that if Soros funded Zelensky, which he did, and supports Ukraine, and the media, which does nothing but lie, also supports them, then you know there’s something wrong with it.
They are using it as a distraction from what the left is doing to destroy us.
