The U.S., as the world’s “superpower” - until now - had the ability (and responsibility) to use both diplomacy and the unspoken threat of force to deter conflicts. Yes, thats true, too. But if it’s true that the CIA has spent the last 75 years meddling in Ukranian politics, training them, and thus provoking war with Russia, I’d say its possible it wouldn’t have happened to begin with.
He had no choice. He was forced into a corner by the US controlled fascist govt. in Kiev.
They were about to launch a genocidal camapign against the Russian speaking people of Eastern Ukraine.
This camapign was planned, financed, and supplied by your ethnic compatriots in the State Dept. and CIA.
This is the pursuit of American hegemony at any price to whoever has to pay it.
The objective is to embroil Russia in a never ending war, which will drain Russia of power and enable the foul swine in Washington, and their corporate allies, to exploit Russia and the Russian people. In exactly the same way that they have exploited the American people over the last 60 years.
But Putin has outsmarted them: By allying more closely with China, India, and the people of mid-asia; he has gone some way to destroying the dollar as the world’s reserve currency, and he has been instrumental in setting up a rival power bloc to the US and its disgusting puppets.
Get ready for some hard times: The people of the US are going to have to work for a living!
