At Front Page, Daniel Greenfield deplores the"loss" of the archive of the Institute for the Study of Terrorism by the University of Leicester. It was of inestimable value for historians of the Cold War.
He suspects they have actually just hidden it because they fear what it proves.
Which is certainly a possibility.

I hope it inspires more inquiries into it. If it has been hidden somewhere, maybe it will be found.
The irrational, idiotic “woke” ideology by which institutions of “higher learning” are now dominated has made them worse than worthless.

This is scandalous, of course. Universities are meant to preserve the cultural and intellectual excellence of our Civilization. They are not meant to protect or shield those would destroy it. I am outraged by this callous destruction of Jillian Becker’s documentation of Communist aggression.

"Lilliput lost Jillian Becker’s documents in the same way that the FBI and Intelligence Services kept losing documents during various investigations into their conduct re the Trump/Russia hoax.
Universities are not to be trusted. As Jordan Peterson recently said “they’re corrupt to the marrow.” The universities condemned the robber barons but had no problem whatsoever accepting boatloads of greenbacks benevolently bequeathed by the same robber barons. The Massive Ford Foundation is controlled by a bunch of lefties.
How the hell did that happen!
Brick, by brick, stone by stone, beam by beam conservatives must build their own educational system if they are to survive.
The only place it can happen currently is in the USA where there’s a surging charter school movement. This movement has to be extended to colleges and universities. Conservative parents have to stop sending their children to public school systems, to colleges and universities once controlled by liberals but now controlled by Critical Marx Theorists - and believe me there’s a big difference between the two. He’s exactly right. Marxists have “burrowed their way in”, like termites, without anyone’s consent, into every aspect of our civilization and are destroying us from within.

Very interesting history! Obviously this University has the same problem - Marxists have burrowed their way into its leadership, and like parasites, are working to kill the host. As the author suggests, if they want to repudiate their benefactors, then they should be required to return all the money that these benefactors donated to them.
