I hope that whoever wins the Presidency in 2024 makes full use of this advisory board. The time for compromising key values in the name of bipartisanship is past. The next President should dismiss every single Presidential appointee and replace them with individuals whose first loyalty is to the Constitution and to the nation, not to the existing power structure. Even positions which are not seen as key – for example, the post of Surgeon General before COVID – should be filled with Constitutional conservatives. We are long past the point where we can restore our Republic through small, incremental steps and compromise. We are facing an unprecedented, full-scale assault on our Constitution, and if (when, really) conservatives once more hold the reins of power we must make full advantage of that opportunity to repair the damage of the Biden administration and restore our rights. After all, the other side has proven that they are not the least bit reluctant to use their time in power to force upon us even the most extreme elements of their “woke” agenda.
