When a military person is so deranged by his or her hatred of any president they serve directly under, they don’t belong at any rank of any armed forces. He should have, at the very least, resigned.
I think he is deranged, period, as is anyone who hates his own race/ethnicity. That trait should yield an automatic referral to a psychiatrist.

Also traitor. Along with Biden and the many others who should be brought under criminal charges, he should be court martialed also.
