OMG, I remember reading this when Sam Harris came out as a “spiritualist” or whatever he thinks he was/is. Nutball and worse, I think.
Obviously, he has tossed out the compassionate bit in favor of a narcissistic viewpoint of I am superior to you and always right in my speech and actions. He recommends psychedelic drugs to his daughters!! Thanks Dad!
Well…that explains something about him and his thinking.

I miss Pat Condell. Hope you read some of the comments below, there was a quote from what’s-his-name. It doesn’t really apply to the groupies of Harris and others, but it is still a good one.

Doug, the Republican Atheists are not Lefties. They are our closest (atheist and) conservative allies.
I’m glad you are in touch with them. I think they may be glad to have your advice.
Ah, but have you been in touch with them at all? I see now where you went. It’s a site unknown to me, and yes they probably are mostly Lefties. But that’s not the site of the Republican Atheists I recommended to you.
A caution : If you do get in touch with the real Republican Atheists, your habitual (and never justified or explained) Trump insults may not be well or even tolerantly received.
