The Israeli Air Force overnight Wednesday struck and eliminated Muhammad Hasham Zahedi Abu al-Rus, a member of Hamas’s lite Nukhba Force who participated in the massacre at the Supernova music festival on Oct. 7, 2023.
The IAF conducted strikes on approximately 50 terror targets across the Gaza Strip, targeting Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorists, “military” compounds, weapons storage facilities, launch posts, arms manufacturing sites and observation posts.
Great job!
I dont know if the hostage agreement is so great, though. They agreed to release alot of terrorists, in exchange for not even all of the hostages.
Israel’s military confirmed on Monday evening [January 27, 2025] that an airstrike in the Tulkarem area conducted earlier in the day killed the head of the Hamas terrorist organization branch in the northwestern Samaria city.
According to the IDF, the Hamas commander for Tulkarem, Ihab Abu Atiwa, participated in multiple shooting incidents.
This airstrike is part of the seventh day of “Operation Iron Wall,” an offensive targeting terrorist infrastructure in northern Samaria, particularly in the Jenin area. Since the operation began, two al-Qassam Brigades commanders in Tulkarem, including Abu Atiwa, and a Jenin Brigade commander affiliated with Palestinian Islamic Jihad have been reported killed.
Quote: An Israeli Air Force strike in Southern Lebanon on Saturday night killed Hezbollah operative Abbas Ahmad Hamoud, who was responsible for overseeing the Iranian-backed terror group’s aerial force.
Hamoud was targeted after repeatedly violating the Israel-Lebanon ceasefire, including by launching UAVs toward Israeli territory, according to the Israel Defense Forces.

Muhammad Shahin was eliminated after recently planning terror attacks, directed and funded by Iran, from Lebanese territory against the citizens of Israel.
Shahin was planning to attack Jewish targets outside of Israel.
Israel must now withdraw from Lebanon because of the ceasefire agreement.
But I’m sure Trump is cutting off funding to Iran, so the the money Iran funnels into terrorist groups like Hezbollah will dry up.
From the linked article:
Lebanon on Friday arrested a man arriving from Turkey with $2.5 million in cash bound for Hezbollah, the Lebanese Finance Ministry said.
“The detainee and the seized funds will be handed over to the investigation division at the General Directorate of General Security,” the ministry said.
Three sources with knowledge of the matter said that the cash was destined for the Iranian-backed terrorist group.
It was the first time such a confiscation took place, one of the sources noted.
Hezbollah was significantly weakened in its latest war with Israel, which saw its leadership slain in precise airstrikes and thousands of its operatives wounded in the remarkable communications-explosions campaign carried out by Israel’s intelligence community. [The Israeli-organized explosions of the pagers of a multitude of Hezbollah operatives, severely injuring their bodies.]
Media outlets have reported that Hezbollah’s political influence in the country, as well as its financial resources, have waned as it struggles to rebuild its strength.
According to the ceasefire terms agreed on by Israel and Lebanon, the Lebanese Armed Forces are to deploy to Southern Lebanon and ensure the disarmament of Hezbollah south of the Litani River. This has taken place in part only, and so the IDF has remained in five posts over the border to prevent attacks on Israeli communities near the frontier.
“Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that no goods or supplies would enter the enclave until further notice, reaffirming that Jerusalem will not agree to a ceasefire without the release of its hostages.”
Jerusalem is planning to resume the war in Gaza in four to six weeks in a decisive campaign to wipe out Hamas.
The plan is to conquer the entire Gaza Strip in one fell swoop with more than 50,000 soldiers, relocating the civilian population to humanitarian zones, and waging a “ruthless ground campaign” in terrorist-heavy areas that will receive no humanitarian aid.
The campaign is to commence with heavy aerial bombardments, followed by a reduction of the humanitarian aid entering the Strip.
Israel Defense Forces divisions would simultaneously enter the Strip in the north, center and south, carving it into three parts.
Israeli forces killed the head of the Hamas terror network in the northern Samaria city of Jenin overnight Monday [2/4/2025].
Isser Saadi was eliminated in a gun battle along with another terrorist, according to a joint Israel Defense Forces, Israel Police and Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) statement on Tuesday afternoon.
An Israeli Air Force strike in the Tyre region of Southern Lebanon killed a senior member of Hezbollah’s elite Radwan terrorist force, the Israel Defense Forces confirmed in a statement on Tuesday evening [March 4, 2025].
Hezbollah’s Khader Hashem commanded the Iranian-backed terrorist group’s naval branch, the military stated, adding that he plotted attacks against the Jewish state “even during the ceasefire” that went into effect between the governments in Jerusalem and Beirut on Nov. 27, 2024.
US President Donald Trump on Wednesday [today, March5, 2025] threatened further destruction of Gaza if all remaining hostages are not released, and issued an ultimatum to Hamas leaders to flee.
Strongly backing Israel as a ceasefire teeters, Trump said he was “sending Israel everything it needs to finish the job” as his administration expedites billions of dollars in weapons.
“Release all of the Hostages now, not later, and immediately return all of the dead bodies of the people you murdered, or it is OVER for you,” he wrote on his Truth Social platform after meeting freed hostages.
“This is your last warning! For the leadership, now is the time to leave Gaza, while you still have a chance.”
Trump also made clear there would be repercussions for Gaza as a whole, where virtually the entire population has been displaced by Israel’s relentless military campaign in response to the October 7, 2023 attacks by Hamas.
So which will they choose… Either way, it looks like it’s over for them. The state of things there was very predictable, though.
I remember when the deal was first made, and the Israelis were forced to leave. It wasn’t long before the place was ruined. What else did anyone expect, when all that great USAID money was spent on terror tunnels instead of anything productive?
At Gatestone, Khaled Abu Toameh endorses your clear understanding:
“Hamas never cared about the well-being of the Palestinians under its rule in the Gaza Strip. The terrorist group could have built schools, universities, and hospitals. Instead, it chose to invest millions of dollars in building a vast network of tunnels to attack Israel, smuggle and hide weapons, and torture Israeli hostages.
“Hamas should be completely excluded from any plan to rebuild the Gaza Strip because all it cares about is pursuing its Jihad (holy war) to destroy Israel and murder as many Jews as possible."
Yes, which only confirms that Obama and Biden were terrorist supporters. They had years to reverse course, but just continued to fund these terrorists.
Why not - after eradicating Hamas - return the Gaza strip to Israel? It flourished under their ownership.
Israeli security forces killed three terrorists and arrested 10 others, including a senior operative, during counterterrorism raids in the Qabatiya and Jenin areas of northern Samaria, the Israel Defense Forces, Israel Police and Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) announced on Tuesday [today, March 11, 2025].
During the operation, the Israel Police’s elite Yamam unit engaged armed terrorists who had barricaded themselves in a building in Jenin.
Two terrorists were killed in the exchange, and another was wounded. Additionally, IDF troops eliminated a terrorist who had opened fire on them.
Among the 10 terrorists arrested was Liwaa Jaaz, a senior operative in the Jenin-based terror network.
Israeli security forces also located and destroyed two vehicles loaded with weapons intended for use in attacks.
